1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Jonli Test platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jonli Test. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the quizzes, questions, images, and other content you create on Jonli Test ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Jonli Test a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and improve the platform.

You agree not to create or share content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal material
• Includes personal information of others without their consent
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Jonli Test, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks

6. Paid Services

Some features of Jonli Test may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a paid plan:

• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to Jonli Test at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Jonli Test is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonli Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jonli Test operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Jonli Test after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
